Custom Design Approvals

All Ocean Custom Studio products are made-to-order and fully customized to fit your theme and vision. Because of this, please allow:

  • Standard Orders: 10–14 business days for production before shipping

  • Rush Orders: Available for an additional fee — submit a Rush Request Form to check availability

  • Bulk Orders & Bundles: May require extra time depending on volume and product mix

  • Before production begins:

  • You'll receive a mockup or confirmation message to ensure your design is correct

  • Be sure to double-check spelling, dates, and color choices

Shipping Rates

  • Standard Shipping (U.S. Only): Flat Rate of $13.00

  • Local Delivery (NYC Area ZIP Codes): $8.00 flat fee

  • Free Local Pickup: Available by appointment in New York — choose "Local Pickup" at checkout

Tracking & Delivery

  • You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships

  • Ocean Custom Studio is not responsible for delays caused by carriers once an order has shipped

Rush Orders

Need it fast? We offer limited rush order availability.
Fill out our Rush Order Form and we’ll respond within 24 hours with next steps.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final.

  • If there’s an issue with your order:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • We’ll work with you to correct any errors caused on our end

  • Before production begins:

  • You'll receive a mockup or confirmation message to ensure your design is correct
